摘要 丙氨酸是一种非必需氨基酸,近年来,由于其对能量、葡萄糖及其他氨基酸代谢的影响,而越来越受到研究者的重视,文章就丙氨酸对能量、氨基酸、葡萄糖和氮代谢的影响,及其对肠道微生物的影响作一综合阐述。 Alanine is a kind of non-essential amino acids.In recent years,because of its important effects on energy,glucose and amino acid metabolism,alanine has attracted more and more attention from researchers.This article mainly focuses on the effects of alanine on energy,amino acids,glucose,nitrogen metabolism,and intestinal microflora.
