23例关节置换患者术后康复的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of postoperative recovery among 23 cases with joint replacement

目的临床观察23例关节置换患者术后康复的临床疗效。方法选取2010—2012年来我院膝、髋人工关节置换术后患者23例,通过中频脉冲电、红光、CPM机治疗及康复训练治疗,治疗6周后患者HSS评分。结果治疗6周后患者关节功能的HSS评分较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲电、红光、CPM机治疗及康复训练治疗的配合使用对关节置换术后患者的康复起到明显疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of postoperative recovery among 23 cases with joint replacement. Methods 23 patients coming to our sanatorium from 2010 to 2012 after knee or hip artificial joint replacement surgery were selected to be given the intermediate frequency pulse, CPM therapy and rehabilitation training treatment, after 6 weeks HSS score was achieved. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, HSS score for joint function in patients improved significantly（P 〈 0.05） compared with that before treatment.Conclusion Frequency pulsed power, red light, CPM therapy and rehabilitation training treatment play a significant role on the rehabilitation of patients with joint replacement surgery.
