在用车燃油消耗及排放污染全部发生在道路交通过程中,尤其集中在城市道路交通。介绍了昆明市城市交通管理工作中采取的节能减排措施。
The automobile consumes the fuel and produces the exhaust gas when it is running on roads, particularly in the urban road transport. This article introduces the measures taken for saving the energy and reducing the emis- sion in the urban transport management in Kunming.
