摘要
智能电网的最优潮流计算是建立在全网电能数据信号同步采样基础上的,电网的分布式传感检测系统需要一个统一的时间同步信号来指挥和控制.为此,提出一种应用于最优潮流计算的全球定位系统(GPS)同步信号方案,嵌有全球时间戳的采样信号传回至主机,从而为完成智能电网的最优潮流计算提供技术支撑.
Because the optimal power flow (OPF) calculation of smart grid is based on the synchronous sampling of electrical signals in the whole power network, a unified time synchronization signal is required to command and control in grid distributed sensing system. A solution of GPS synchronization signal for OPF calculation was presented, which could send the sampling signal embedded with global time-stamp back to the host computer,and provide technical support for OPF calculation.
