摘要
根据发动机的起动特点,设计了基于Simulink的电控柴油机起动工况控制策略,其起动过程主要包括两个阶段:拖转不喷油阶段和拖转喷油阶段.结合发动机的实际运行情况进行了模拟仿真与试验测试.试验表明:在起动条件良好的情况下,加入拖转不喷油阶段的控制可以提高起动速度,减小冒烟限制;在起动条件恶劣的情况下,拖转不喷油控制和斜坡补偿油量反馈控制协调作用,明显提高了起动效率.
According to starting characteristics of the engine, a Simulink-based control strategy of electronic diesel engine was designed. Two major stages that drag without fuel injection stage and drag with fuel injection stage were included in the start-up process. The simulation and experimental tests were operated according to the actual engine operating situation. The experiments show that in a good starting condition, the starting speed can be increased and the smoking restriction can be reduced by adding the control of drag with fuel injection stage; while in a harsh starting condition, the start-up efficiency can be significantly improved under coordinating controls of drag with fuel injection and fuel feedback of slope compensation.
