试析我国的国家文化安全

Analysis of Chinese National Cultural Security

目前,我国正在走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,大力弘扬中华文化,增强国家文化软实力,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,努力建设社会主义文化强国,推进社会主义核心价值体系建设,巩固全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想道德基础;而西方一些国家实行文化霸权主义,给我国国家文化安全带来了严峻挑战,造成我国意识形态安全危机、文化信息安全危机、文化资源安全危机、文化市场安全危机,要解决这些问题就必须采取大力推动文化改革发展、大幅度提升国家文化软实力、积极构建国际文化新秩序、大力发展先进军事文化等战略对策。

At present, China is taking the cultural development road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, vigorously carrying for- ward Chinese culture, enhancing national cultural soft power, promoting great development and prosperity of socialist culture, striving to build a socialist culture power, advancing the construction of socialist core value system, and consolidating the common ideological and ethical foundation of unity and struggle of the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups. However, some western countries are pursuing cultural hegemonism, which has brought serious challenges to our national cultural security, resulting in China＇ s ideological security crisis, culture information security crisis, cultural resources security crisis and cultural market security crisis. To solve these problems, strategic countermeasures must be taken to promote cultural reform and development, greatly enhance soft power of national culture, actively build a new international cultural order and vigorously develop advanced military culture.
