河北省高职学生心理健康状况及其教育的对策

Countermeasures of the Higher Vocational College Students' Mental Health condition and their Education in Hebei Province

高职院校的大学生作为中国高校学生中一个特殊群体,存在着不同程度的心理问题。本文通过对河北省高职院校大学生心理健康现状及心理健康教育状况的调查分析,提出高职院校应完善心理健康教育教学体系,全面开展心理咨询与辅导,注重教育方法的灵活性,加强心理健康教育的师资队伍建设,学校教育与家庭教育相互配合。

As a special group in the Chinese college students, higher vocational college students have different degrees of psychological problems. This article, through the survey analysis of Hebei Province higher vocational college students＇ psychological health status and mental health educations status, proposes that higher vocational colleges should improve the mental health education teaching system, carry out a comprehensive mental counseling and guidance, pay attention to the flexibility of educational methods, strengthening the teachers team construction of mental health education, school education and family education should cooperate with each other.
