摘要 本文从有利于高校发展出发,以服务河北省经济、社会发展为中心,首先探讨了人才评价机制的内涵,然后阐述了"高层次人才"的基本理论。通过文献综述、专家访谈和实际调查,找出河北省现有高层次人才评价机制的优缺点。在此基础上,重点提出了符合自身特点的河北省属高校高层次人才评价机制模型,最后对全文进行总结和展望,以推进河北省高等院校的高层次人才队伍建设,提高教育教学水平和人才培养质量,建设高水平的大学。 From perspective of colleges and universities' development, and in order to improve Hebei province's service and social development as the center, this paper firstly probes the connotation of appraisal system of talents, then expounds the basic theory of "high-level talents". Through the literature review, expert interview and investigation, it finds out the existing advantages and disadvantages of the appraisal system of high-level talents in Hebei province. On this basis, the paper focuses on the accord with the characteristics of the Hebei provincial university high-level talents appraisal system model, and finally summarized of the full text, in order to promote Hebei provincial high-level talented person troop construction, improve education teaching level and the training quality and construct high levels of university.
