纠纷是一种社会现象,而纠纷解决机制则是社会调整与治理中不可缺少的环节。针对目前我国农村纠纷呈现的特点,应在诉讼这一纠纷解决模式之外选择更为合理有效的模式,以实现纠纷解决模式的多元化和互补,满足社会主体的多样需求,切实解决农村社会的矛盾和纠纷,为构建和谐社会奠定基础。

The dispute is a social phenomenon. The dispute settlement mechanism is an indispensable part of social adjustment and governance. Characteristics presented by the rural disputes outside the litigation of this dispute resolution model require a more reasonable and effective model, in order to achieve the diversity and complementarity of the dispute resolution model, to meet the diverse needs of the social subjects, to effectively solve the rural community conflicts and disputes, in order to lay the foundation for building a harmonious society.
