生产国际分割及其对价值链地位的提升效应

International Fragmentation of Production and its Promotion Effect to the Value Chains Level

本文从不同层次行业部门、不同发展水平分组国家角度实证探讨了三种贸易形式下的生产国际分割程度对价值链水平的影响作用。研究结果表明,生产国际分割对价值链地位的提升具有重要的促进作用。从分部门来看,虽然非加工贸易形式的生产国际分割程度小于加工贸易形式的程度,但非加工贸易形式的生产国际分割对价值链位置的提升作用要明显大于加工贸易形式的作用。生产国际分割对价值链位置的提升作用在资本高技术密集型部门最为明显,在一般技术部门次之,劳动资源密集型部门最低。从分组国家来看,非加工贸易形式的生产国际分割对价值链位置的提升作用在发达国家要明显大于其他国家,加工贸易形式的生产国际分割对价值链位置的提升作用在其他国家要稍微大于发达国家。

This paper empirically analyzes the effect of international fragmentation extent of production with 3 forms of trade to the value chains level,from different department levels and grouping countries.The authors find international fragmentation of production has a positive effect to upgrade the value chains level.From the department point,though the international production fragmentation level with non-processing trade form is lower than the level with processing trade form,the promotion effect of international production fragmentation level with non-processing trade form to the value chains position is larger than the promotion effect with processing trade form,the promotion effect of international production fragmentation to the value chains position is the most significant in the capital and high-tech intensive sectors,and lower in the general technology sectors,and the least in the labor and resource intensive sectors.From the perspective of grouping countries,the promotion effect of international production fragmentation with non-processing trade form to the value chains position in developed countries is significantly larger than the promotion effect in other countries,the promotion effect of international production fragmentation with processing trade form to the value chains position in other countries is slightly larger than the promotion effect in developed countries.
