对绩效评估与员工工作满意关系的思考

摘要 绩效评估是组织人力资源管理的核心内容之一,绩效与奖酬挂钩是必须和必要的。企业组织对于人员晋升、加薪等都是以工作绩效作为衡量准则,这些薪资与非薪资等激励因素会影响员工的工作满意。本文通过对绩效评估、薪资满意、非薪资满意和工作满意等各方面的关系分析,得出了绩效评估对员工工作满度的影响结论。
