摘要
目的探讨老年外伤性颅脑损伤患者的护理对策。方法回顾性分析该院目前收治的95例老年外伤性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,总结其有效的护理方法。结果老年外伤性颅脑损伤患者多因交通事故所致,通过有效的护理后,患者心理和生理均有明显改善,肢体功能与护理前有明显的改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年外伤性颅脑损伤患者病情变化快,危险性高,有效的护理能够提高抢救成功率,提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the care of elderly patients with traumatic brain injury countermeasures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 95 cases admitted to our hospital in recent years elderly traumatic brain injury patients with clinical data summary of effective care.Results Most elderly traumatic brain injury patients due to traffic accidents,through effective care,the patient＇s psychological and physical were significantly improved limb function and care before the change（P0.05）.Conclusion Elderly traumatic brain injury patient＇s condition changes quickly,and high-risk,effective care can improve the success rate,improve the therapeutic effect.
