西北地区交通基础设施建设与经济、技术的关系

CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC FOUNDATION INSTALLATIONS IN NORTHWEST CHINA AND ITS RELATIONS WITH ECONOMY AND TECHNOLOGY

本文阐述了发展西北地区交通基础设施建设在西部大开发中的重要地位和作用。结合国内外情况 ,提出应采用的先进技术、措施和经济发展规划。并结合西北地区复杂的地质条件 ,具体从路基工程方面探讨了一些技术创新问题。

The important situation and role in the great developing West China for the development of constructing the traffic foundation installations in the Northwest China are expounded in this paper.Combined with the situations in home and abroad,the advanced technologies,measures and economical developing plans are proposed.And based on the complex geological conditions in the the Northwest regions of China,from the viewpoint of the subgrade engineering,several particular technological innovations are explored.
