摘要
本文作者通过调查研究,发现中学英语教师在工作中通常同时使用英语和汉语两种语言,而且在使用过程中经常发生两种语言相互干扰,即双语互扰的问题。受双语互扰影响,教师的话语,无论是英语的,还是汉语的,都会在一定程度上偏离语言规则,出现语言偏误。教师的语言偏误涉及语音、词汇、语法和文化等方方面面。针对这一现象,本文提出"双语素养"这一概念,并就英语和汉语两种语言本体知识和语言运用能力问题,较为详细地论述了英语素养和汉语素养各自所应包含的内容,并在语言素养内容的基础上又拟定出中学英语教师双语素养标准,希望对中学英语教师有所帮助。
The authors of the paper,on an investigation,find that English teachers in China middle schools often work in both English and Chinese either in or out of class,and they often meet mutual interference between the two languages,that is,bilingual,mutual interference.Affected by the interference teachers’utterance deviates from the rules of languages to a certain extent,that is,language errors.The language errors of teachers concern several aspects such as phonetics lexicon grammar and culture.To the phenomenon the authors put forward the notion of bilingual attainments and discuss the content of English attainments and Chinese attainments in language knowledge and language proficiency,furthermore,establish a set of standards of bilingual attainments for the teachers in middle schools.We hope that the standards could provide some helps to middle school teachers.
