独立学院电气工程专业分层人才培养模式研究

针对于独立学院差异化发展战略与电气工程专业及此专业所具有的自动化专业的相关特点,特别着重培养本科学生应用型、复合型以及技能型的高级专门人才。本文主要通过课程体系设置,实践教学以及课外实践活动等教学对象研究成果,探析独立学院电气工程学以及所具备自动化专业分层次人才培养的模式。

according to the difference of development strategy of independent college and major in electrical engineering and the automation professional with relevant professional characteristics,with special emphasis on cultivating undergraduate students＇ application type,composite type and skill type talents. This article mainly through the establishment of curriculum system,practice teaching and the practice of extra--curricular activities teaching object of research,the Independent College of electrical engineering and automation specialty with hierarchical personnel training mode.
