对某高校家教服务中心工作质量的调查研究

A Research of Working Quality about a University Tutor Service Center

近年来,高校的家教服务中心成为帮助大学生从事家教活动的主要机构。高校家教服务中心的工作质量在很大程度上影响了家教大学生的家教活动。本文以某高校家教服务中心为个案研究对象,通过对该中心工作现状进行调查研究,进而分析该中心在市场宣传、家教信息、网站运行、开展活动、工作人员的等方面存在的问题,探讨提高家教服务中心工作质量的途径和措施,以期为研究我国类似高校家教服务中心机构提供相关资料。

In recent years,University Tutor Service Center becomes the main education activities which helps students take part in family education.The University Tutor Service Center＇s quality has a great effect on students＇ family education activities.Taking a University Tutor Service Center as a case study,it is based on investigating the situation of the center,analyzing the existing problems including its market promotion, family education information,wehsite operation,activities,staff and other aspects. At the same time it discusses how to improve the quality of University Tutor Service Center,trying to find new ways and measures to improve its quality,In addition,it may provide accurate and reliable information to the similar studies.
