摘要
本文提出几种新型的硅基OLED高清微显示器像素驱动电路。通过对这几种电路工作方式的详细研究,在性能、面积等方面分别进行对比,评价各个电路的优缺点。文中像素阵列的驱动方式基于分形扫描理论,提高扫描效率。
In this paper, several novel pixel driving circuits, which can be used in high-definition micro-display with OLED on sili- con, are proposed. The operation methods of these circuits have been studied in detail. The performance and area are compared. The advantages and disadvantages of each circuit have been made. The driving method of the pixel matrix is based on the fractal scan theory, which can improve the scan utilization.
