基于短信通讯模块的塔机SMS监测系统设计与实现

本设计针对目前塔机无法远程监测的问题,设计了一种利用移动终端发送SMS信息来控制塔机的监测系统。该系统使用短信通讯模块接收来自终端的SMS信息,并传送给MCU。MCU解析该信息并控制PLC,进而控制整个塔机的运行状态。于此同时,MCU发送反馈信息至终端设备,以使用户实时了解塔机运行状态。系统在充分考虑成本和系统稳定性的因素的前提下,为用户提供了一种理想的远程监测手段。具有较强的实际性和巨大经济价值。

According to the present problems of the tower crane can＇t RMON , this paper designed a machine monitoring system us- ing a mobile terminal to send SMS information to the control tower. The system uses a GSM module to receive SMS messages from the terminal, and send it to MCU. The MCU parses the information and control the PLC, and then control the operating status of the entire tower crane. At the same time, the MCU sends feedback information to the terminal equipment, to let the users understand the real-time running state of the tower crane. Under the premise of the factors of giving full consideration of the cost and the stability of the system , the system provide the users a ideal RMON means . This paper has a strong practical and potentially great economic value.
