矿用通风机监测系统设计及通讯实现

摘要 本文根据目前许多矿通风机监测条件不完善的现状,设计了一种基于组态王和PLC的矿用通风机监测系统。在某矿主扇原有监测条件的基础上,搭建了由工控机、PLC控制柜、电动机保护测控装置、温度监测仪及各种传感器终端等组成的监测系统,开发了数据采集及通讯程序。该系统主要完成对设备的振动、温度、电参数、负压、风量等信息的采集或计算,实现对设备状态准确的在线监测,为尽早发现可能出现的故障并排除隐患提供了技术手段,确保了通风机安全高效运行。 As the current ventilator monitoring conditions of many mines are not perfect, existing monitoring system of a coal mine is designed based oti KingView and PLC. The monitoring system is developed on currently existing foundation of the coal mine and meanwhile data acquisition and communication program is developed. The system consists of industrial personal computer, PLC, pro- tection and control devices of motors, temperature monitor, several sensors etc. The system can collect or calculate the ventilator's vi- bration, temperature, electricity parameters~ negative pressure, air flow and other information. The system accurately monitors operating condition of the ventilators through these parameters, and provides the technical means for early detection of possible failures and ex- clusion of dangers. Therefore, the system can ensure ventilators safe and efficient operation.
