摘要 本文针对目前输电线路杆塔接地电阻均靠人工测量,不能及时发现其电阻值超标易使输电线路遭受雷击跳闸的缺陷,提出了一种能够准确、快速、远程自动地对杆塔接地电阻进行在线监测的新装置。文中简单描述了在线监测仪的监测过程,详细介绍了监测仪的硬件电路设计、器件选型、算法实现和软件设计,最后在上位机监测平台下对该监测仪进行了实验测试,测试结果验证了该设计的可行性。 Currently, the transmission line tower grounding resistance is measured manually. It can not detect the exceeded resistance value without delay which makes it easy for the transmission line to be struck by thunder strike and causes tripping operation. In or- der to avoid the manual measurement defects, we proposed a new device for monitoring the tower grounding resistance on-line, which is exact, fast and automatic. The article briefly describes the monitoring process, and the design of hardware circuit, device selection, algorithm and software are introduced in detail. Finally, according to the test implemented on the on-line monitoring Instrument in the PC monitoring platform, it verifies the feasibility of the design.
