摘要
在以数字图像处理技术为基础的视觉导引方式下,提出了一种基于数字图像处理的液面位置准确定位的方法,将摄像头捕捉到的奶牛场生产线上的奶瓶图片通过投影统计法和Shen算法进行图像分割,利用区域标记方法找出液面区域,并对粗糙的液面进行平滑,从而得到液面位置。实验结果表明,建议方法能准确定位奶瓶牛奶液面,这为下一步奶牛场挤奶生产线上的牛奶自动计量读数的研究奠定了良好的基础。
The present research displays a method of liquid surface location based on digital image processing, which was proposed with the visual navigation of imagery processing technology. Firstly, milk bottles image was carried on the image segmentation through the Shen algorithm and the projection statistics method. Secondly, liquid surface area was found out by scanning mark algorithm. Fi- nally, the rough liquid surface was smooth by projection statistics method. The experimental result indicates that this method has a better accuracy to the calibration positioning of milk bottles liquid surface.
