基于两步映射的轮胎花纹曲面造型方法

摘要 轮胎花纹造型是轮胎造型的主体内容,其关键是平面花纹向轮胎主曲面的映射。为了支持一般仿真系统直接进行轮胎造型,提出了一种基于两步曲线映射的花纹造型方法。该方法将轮胎花纹造型抽象为沿轮胎轴向截面和沿轮胎回转方向的圆环面的两次映射,得到一个周期内的轮胎花纹曲面,再对其旋转、复制,最后进行拔模得到轮胎花纹曲面。除了具有较高的造型质量外,该方法简化了造型的复杂度,且具有较高的造型效率。 The main content of the tire modeling is the tire pattern modeling. In addition to the modeling of the high quality, the method simplifies the complexity of the model, and has higher efficiency.
