数码摄影验光法在学龄前儿童屈光状态调查中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨数码摄影验光系统在学龄前儿童屈光状态调查中的特异性和敏感性。方法使用自制数码摄影验光系统对360例3~6岁的学龄前儿童在半暗室进行摄影验光,将其结果与1%阿托品眼膏散瞳验光结果对比,两者结果进行统计。结果自制数码摄影验光系统视力筛查在半暗室下对远视、近视、散光及斜视敏感性分别为91.98%、95.18%、91.81%、94.44%,特异性分别为91.95%、99.53%、98.34%、100%。结论数码摄影验光系统在半暗室下是一种客观检查法,无损伤性,不需被检者主动配合,快捷和有效的学龄前儿童屈光状态调查方法,有较高的敏感性和特异性,适合于学龄前儿童群体屈光状态调查。
