摘要
通过合成一种环境友好的纳米复合材料Fe3O4/ZrO2/壳聚糖,考察了其吸附水体中日落黄的性能。该复合材料为纳米类球型结构,可在pH值2-12的范围内稳定存在,对日落黄的最大吸附量为82.7 mg/g。吸附平衡等温线显示,吸附符合Freundlich模型,是多层吸附。动力学研究显示,该吸附是拟二级动力学过程,颗粒的内扩散在吸附过程中发挥了重要作用。该复合材料结合了Fe3O4、ZrO2和壳聚糖各自的优点,且制备简便、成本低廉,是一种很有实用潜力的染料废水治理剂。
An environmentally friendly nanocomposite Fe3O4/ZrO2/Chitosan was synthesized and its capacity of sunset yellow removal from water was investigated in this study.The morphology of the adsorbent was found to be nanosized and spheroidal,and was chemical stable in the pH range of 2-12.Its maximum adsorption capacity to sunset yellow is 82.7 mg/g-1.The equilibrium adsorption isotherms indicated sunset yellow was adsorbed in multilayer coverage manner,and the process fit well to Freundlich model.The results of kinetic studies show that the adsorption process is pseudo-second-order,and the intra-particle diffusion plays an important role in this process.This composite has a unique property that combined the good properties of chitosan,ZrO2 and Fe3O4.In addition,the composite is easy to be fabricated and cost lowly,Fe3O4/ZrO2/Chitosan has high potential to be applied for the removal of dyes in natural wastewater.
