摘要
对甘草根、茎、叶中的内生真菌进行分离,并采用黄酮物质显色反应法对42株内生真菌的发酵液进行检测,结果显示,共得到菌株42株,其中26株分离自根,9株分离自茎,7株分离自叶。其中10株菌的显色反应呈阳性,说明能够产生黄酮类物质,这10株菌中,有7株来自根,1株来自茎,2株来自叶。进一步利用比色法对这10株菌发酵液中的总黄酮含量进行了测定,结果表明,菌株GF1-8、GF3-5、GF3-2有较高的黄酮产量,发酵液中总黄酮含量分别为0.138mg·mL-1、0.125mg·mL-1、0.102mg·mL-1,3株菌均分离自根。
Endophytic fungi were isolated from licorice root, stem and leaf, 42 strains were selected in total, 26 strains isolated from root and 9 from stem, 7 from leaf. The fermentation liquids of 42 endophytic fungi were examined by characteristic color reaction of flavones, the results showed that 10 strains showed positive color reaction, indicating the flavones -producing potential of the 10 strains, among the 10 strains, 7 isolated from root, 1 from stem, 2 from leaf. Then the total flavones concentration in fermentation liquids of the 10 strains were examined by spectrophotometry, the results showed that three strains numbered GF1-8, GF3-5, GF3-2, which all isolated from root, produced high yield of flavones, the flavones concentration in fermentation liquids of the three strains were 0.138 mg·mL-1, 0.125 mg·mL-1, 0.102 mg·mL-1 separately.
