Our Hospital Outpatient Drug Analysis And Comment On The Prescriptions

目的对我院2012年1月～6月门诊处方进行抽样分析，了解我院门诊处方书写质量及门诊用药基本情况和存在的问题。方法采用回顾性分析，对抽查处方逐一审查，进行统计分析。结果6个月抽查处方600张，处方不合格率为2．33％，其中不合理用药为1．17％，超过常用剂量1．17％。结论我院用药情况基本舍理，但是处方书写错误情况、大处方情况及不舍理的处方问题要值得重视，并应加强处方管理和推进《处方管理办法》的正确实施，促进合理用药。

Objective To our hospital in January 2012 to June outpatient service prescription sampling analysis, understand our writing quality and outpatient clinic prescription drug basic situation and the existing problems. Methods Retrospective analysis, selective examination to prescription one by one to review, in statistical analysis. Results Six months selective examination to 600 prescriptions, the rate of prescriptions which are unqualified is 7.17%, among them not rational drug use is 0.5%, 6% more than common dose. Conclusion The prescriptions of our hospital are reasonable. But we should paying attention to prescription written errors, over dose and not reasonable prescription questions seriously, and strengthen the management and promote the prescription for The Prescription Management Way correct implementation, promote the rational drug use.
