摘要
目的探讨应用记忆合金肋骨环抱接骨器手术治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析80例多发性肋骨骨折的临床资料，其中应用记忆合金肋骨环抱接骨器手术治疗组（手术组）和保守治疗组（对照组）进行对比分析，比较两组患者疗效及并发症情况。结果手术组在住院时间、疼痛感觉、胸腔引流量、肺部感染、肺不张等并发症均明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用记忆合金肋骨环抱接骨器治疗多发性肋骨骨折有缩短住院时间、减轻疼痛感觉、减少胸腔引流量及肺不张等优点，是一种较理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinic effects of memory alloy rib surrounds sets on multiple ribs fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical date of 80 patients with multiple ribs fracture. All the patients were divided into two groups： the trial group which accepted the treatment of memory alloy rib surrounds sets and the control group that accepted medical treatment. The clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The length of hospital stay in trial group was shorter than that in control group, and the complications of pain, chest lead flow, pulmonary infection and atelectasis in trial group were less than that in control group. Conclusions The application of memory alloy rib surrounds sets on the patients with multiple ribs fracture can shorten hospital stay and decrease the complications of pain, chest lead flow and pulmonary ateleetasis. It is a preferable treatment method.
