某医院2009--2011年收治恶性肿瘤构成分析

An Analysis on Receiving and Curing Malignant Tumor Formation from 2009 to 2011 in a Hospital

目的通过对某医院出院中的恶性肿瘤病例进行统计分析，了解本院治疗恶性肿瘤具体情况以及本地恶性肿瘤构成比例，为该院的医疗资源配置提供决策依据，为肿瘤科的发展提供必要的参考。方法对2009年-2011年收治的1800余例恶性肿瘤病例进行系统性分析，并以EXCEL方法将有关数据进行科学对比．找出比重较大的恶性肿瘤疾病病种及其所占比重。结果全院的病床数增长率高于肿瘤科病床数的增长率。结论建议扩大肿瘤专科目前规模，培养肿瘤专科从检验到影像到超声到医师的人才，寻求多种治疗方式，给恶性肿瘤患者最直接、有效、经济的治疗。

Objective Had a statistical analysis on outing malignant tumor cases of a hospital in order to provide decision basis for hospital resources and necessary reference for development direction of tumor department and professional subdivision. Methods Had a retrospective analysis on 1789 malignant tumor cases from 2009 to 2011 and had a lateral comparison on medical business data for 3 years between the whole hospital and tumor departments. Results The increasing ratio of sickbeds of the whole hospital is higher than tumor departments. Conclusion It is necessary to enlarge the current scale of tumor departments and reasonably adjust internal setting and structure of them, increasing investment of auxiliary departments and equipments and training professional talent of tumor in order to fit in with the needs of receiving and curing malignant tumor.
