急性冠脉综合征的辅助检查及临床意义

摘要 急性冠脉综合征（ACS）是指冠心病中急性发病的临床类型，包括不稳定型心绞痛（UA），非ST段抬高型心肌梗死（NSTEMI）和ST段抬高型心肌梗死（NSTEMI）。近年又将前两者合称为非ST段抬高型ACS，约占3／4，后者称为ST段抬高型ACS，约占1／4（包括小部分变异性心绞痛）。目前的研究发现，冠状动脉斑块的易损性或不稳定性，是临床发生ACS的病理基础，而炎性反应是一种重要的触发机制。
