原发性丌角砸青光眼降眼压药物治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 目的综述降眼压药物治疗原发性开角型哥光眼的应用及进展．方法根据作用机理，将目前在临床上使用不同的类型降眼压药物进行分析、整理和归纳结果目前治疗青光眼的降眼压药物主要分为拟胆碱药，拟交感神经药，肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂，局部用碳酸酐酶抑制剂。前列腺素类药物五大类，主要通过是减少睫状体房水生成，增加葡萄膜巩膜的房水外流来达到降低眼压的疗效。结论治疗青光眼的药物种类繁多，且均有各自的优点与副反应．
