基于人机工程学的油田单井设计优化

摘要 设计优化是提高本质安全的最有效手段,设计的优劣直接影响后期运行是否安全、平稳、高效。近年来,塔中Ⅰ号气田西部区块逐步大面积开发,开发前期,大型处理装置未投运之前,需要进行单井试采,地面试采装置也要配套快速设计、建设、投产。为了降低设计原因对操作人员可能带来的安全风险,将事故隐患消除在设计阶段,结合试采单井设计方面暴露出来的问题,通过工艺设计、现场施工、橇装设备三方面,运用人机工程学角度论述这些问题可能会在具体操作中造成的风险,提出改进建议。通过在后续设计上的实施,取得了良好的效果,减少了员工的作业风险,提高了设计本质安全化水平。因此,从人机工程学角度出发的单井设计分析,对于油田企业提高本质安全来讲,十分必要。 Design optimization of oilfield development is the most effective means for improving the intrinsic safety of oil and gas production facilities and design quality has direct effect on operation of these facilities. In Tazhong No. 1 Gas Filed west block development,in order to reduce safety risk likely resulted from design reason and eliminate potential operation accident hazards in design stage,analyzed are some problems exposed in single well trial production design and applied is man-machine engineering to describe risks likely resulted from such problems and proposed are some improvement suggestions. Through the implementation of subsequent design,good effects have been achieved,operation risks are reduced and intrinsic safety is improved accordingly. Therefore,single well design analysis,which is based on man-machine engineering,is very necessary for improving intrinsic safety.
