百草枯中毒胸部HRCT影像征象的认识

Identification of the HRCT imaging findings for lung impairment due to paraquat poisoning

目的:探讨HRCT对百草枯中毒肺损伤的影像学特征和诊断价值。方法:对百草枯中毒患者胸部HRCT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:31例百草枯中毒患者1 d、1周、3周和6周的HRCT表现为肺纹理增多、毛玻璃密度影、肺实变、支气管扩张、肺纤维化、胸腔积液、心包积液、气胸及皮下气肿。结论:百草枯中毒患者在肺部有明确的影像学征象,其影像学表现与其病理改变相关,并且随中毒时间不同而变化,HRCT对观察该病的发展、演变、估计预后及确定治疗方案均有重要意义。

Objective：To examine the imaging features and assess the diagnostic value of high resolution computed tomography（HRCT）in estimation of the pulmonary injury caused by paraquat poisoning.Methods： The HRCT findings concerning the pulmonary injuries were reviewed in 31 patients resulted from paraquat poisoning.Results： Of the total 31 patients,the pulmonary injuries were characterized on HRCT by increased bronchovascular shadow,ground glass opacity,pulmonary consolidation shadow,bronchodilatation,pulmonary fibrosis,pericardial effusion,pneumothorax and subcutaneous emphysema at day 1,week 1,3 and 6,respectively.Conclusion： Patients with paraquat poisoning demonstrates specific HRCT imaging features of lungs,and the imaging is consistent with pathological changes and progression of toxicity.These findings suggest that HRCT is competent for estimation of the development and crisis,planning of the therapy and prognosis of the poisoning.
