摘要
通过对铝电解槽打壳系统的研究和改进,设计制作了新型密封性打壳系统,减少了打壳气缸故障,减少了锤头粘连,解决了下料不通畅的问题,提高了生产效率。
Through the aluminum electrolytic cell crust breaker system research and improvement, a new sealing system was designed and fabricated to reduce the crust breaker failure and the adhesion to crust breaker. The problem of unsmooth material charging was solved and the production efficiency was improved.
