摘要
本文以YW150-400型长轴液下泵"振动是如何产生的?"为引题,从设备的安装要求、设备结构特点及改进分析,以及备品备件选购知识等方面剖析了振动产生的根源和原填料密封方式缺陷引起密封泄漏问题,根据实际工作中的探索,回答了解决振动的方式方法,提出了已经成功改进的"多重组和密封"结构特点及效果,为长轴液下泵的密封技术做出了有力的探索。
This paper expounded the origin of vibration from aspects of installation, equipment features of the YW150-400 Long-shaft submerged pump and improvement analysis, and stuffing leakage problem arising from sealing pattern. The structure and application results of the successively improved " multiple assembly sealing" were introduced which was a forceful probing for the sealing of such equipment.
