高校学生管理系统构建策略探讨

Exploration on the Construction Strategy of Management System of College Students

伴随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校在校生人数呈现出不断攀升的趋势,如何通过学生管理系统的构建来进行高校学生的有效管理,已经成为高校管理者必须要面对的课题。高校在校生人数的不断增加给我国高校既有的管理模式带来了巨大的冲击,在此背景下,本文通过对高校学生管理系统的优点进行一一分析,在此基础上提出了高校学生管理系统的构建策略,以期为高校学生管理有效性的提升做出有益探索。

With the continuous expansion of higher education scale, the student number is increasing. How to implement effective management by constructing students＇ management system has become a problem to college administrators. The merits of management system of college students were analyzed and construction strategy was put forward in order to make good exploration on the improvement of management effectiveness of college students.
