统筹城乡背景下的产学合作教育与外语复合型人才培养

Cooperative Education and Training of Inter-disciplinary Foreign Language Talents in Coordinating Urban-rural Development

在回顾、借鉴国内外产学合作教育在复合型人才培养中有益经验的基础上,从当今统筹城乡背景下外语专业毕业生就业现状以及现有外语复合型人才培养模式入手,指出产学合作教育在外语复合型人才培养中的必要性和重要性,进而探讨了产学合作教育在外语复合型人才培养中的实施途径。

Based on the useful experience of domestic and foreign cooperative education in the training of inter - disciplinary foreign language talents and the coordinating urban - rural development, the necessity and importance of the cooperative education in the training of inter - disciplinary foreign language talents were pointed out from the views of the employment of foreign language majors and the present training patterns of in- ter- disciplinary foreign language talents. The measures to achieve the cooperative education system in the training of inter - disciplinary foreign language talents were further explored.
