油茶内生拮抗细菌Y13菌株16SrDNA序列分析及抑菌机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了确定与分析Y13的亲缘关系及其抑菌机理,以一株对油茶炭疽病有生物防治效果的内生拮抗细菌Y13为研究对象,对其16S rDNA序列进行了分析,并对其抑菌机理作了初步的研究。结果表明:菌株Y13 16SrDNA全长共1 475 bp,菌株Y13与芽孢杆菌属菌株的同源性较高,通过Clustalw,Y13菌株和B.subtilis的亲缘关系最近,最终确定Y13菌株为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌;Y13对油茶炭疽病病菌菌丝有抑制、致畸作用,且能抑制分生孢子的萌发,同时培养的滤液对热、酸碱的抑菌作用较为稳定。 In order to identify the relationship of Y13 with other bacteria and bacteriostatic mechanism,taking endophytic strain Y13 as object investigated,which possess strong antagonistic action to oil-tea anthracnose,theY13 16S rDNA sequence was analyzed and bacteriostatic mechanism was researched.The results show that total length of 16S rDNA of strainY13 is 1 475 bp and has a higher homology with bacillus subtilis.There is a very near genetic relation between Y13 and B.subtilis.So Y13 is identified as bacillus subtilis in bacillus.Y13 has inhibition and teratogeny on anthracnose's hypha,it can also restrain conidium sprouting,at the same time,foster filtrate have a stable effect on bacteriostasis about heat and acid-base.
