避雨栽培对葡萄果腐病的防治效果及其微气象原理 被引量:14

摘要 为了有效控制葡萄果腐病的发生,在云南省石林县和富民县葡萄园内利用HOBO H8温度、湿度测定仪监测了避雨和露天栽培中葡萄植株冠层微气象因子的变化,并以适宜葡萄果腐病菌萌发和侵染的温度、相对湿度以及果面持露时间为根据,分析了避雨栽培植株冠层微气象因子的变化与果腐病发生危害的关系。结果表明,避雨栽培可以减少风雨对果穗造成的伤口,避免雨水飞溅对病原菌的传播,还可以显著减低棚内植株冠层适宜果腐病发生的相对湿度和果面水膜的持续时间,创造了不适宜果腐病菌萌发和侵入的条件,可有效控制果腐病的发生和危害。 In order to effective control grape fruit rot occurrencing,caused by Pestalotiopsis menezesiana,changes of microclimate factors in canopy were monitored under the condition of rain-shelter and open-air cultivations in the vineyards of Shilin and Fumin Counties,Yunnan province,by HOBO H8 temperature and humidity recorder.Based on the optimum temperature,relative humidity and berry surface wetness duration for germination and infection of P.menezesiana,the relationship between microclimate and grape fruit rot occurrence was also analyzed.The results show that rain-shelter treatment can keep berry away from wounding and reduce rain-splash of spores.In addition,the durations of relative humidity and berry surface wetness are significantly decreased in rain-shelter treatment than that in open-air control.Thus,rain-shelter cultivation of grape can effectively control fruit rot,because the microclimate of grape canopy is unsuitable for germination and infection of P.menezesiana.
