摘要
杜仲为我国特有的重要经济树种,不仅是名贵中药材,还是除三叶橡胶之外惟一具有巨大开发前景的天然橡胶资源。国家发改委在2011年新的产业结构调整目录中,将"天然橡胶及杜仲种植生产"作为独立的一项列入鼓励类农林产业类中,这为杜仲产业的发展创造了前所未有的机遇。为了促进我国杜仲产业又好又快地发展,文中根据我国不同杜仲适生区域的自然条件、栽培习惯、历史文化背景、经济发展状况等方面情况,结合我国杜仲产业政策,从杜仲资源培育基地及培育模式、产品开发、产业升级关键技术和科研创新团队建设等方面对我国的杜仲产业发展进行了分析与布局,明确提出了我国杜仲天然橡胶及现代中药产业的发展方向。
As a specified economic tree species native to China,Eucommia ulmoides is not only a valuable herbal medicine,but also an only natural rubber（gutta-percha） resource with great development prospects except for hevea rubber.National Development and Reform Commission of China listed ＂Natural rubber and Eucommia cultivation＂ as promoting agroforestry industries in 2011 industrial restructuring directory,which has created an unprecedented opportunity for Eucommia development.Based on Eucommia site conditions,cultivation traditions,history and cultural background and economic situations,layouts of Eucommia silviculture base and cultivation and breeding mode,industrialization mode,upgrading key technologies and innovation team construction were elaborated.Scientific layout direction of Eucommia rubber and Eucommia modern herbal medicine development were posing to guide this strategic emerging industry.
