摘要
植物组织培养技术已被应用于许多领域,有关其对组培苗生长影响的研究也更加深入和细化。为给组织培养技术更加广泛的应用提供参考,文中就培养基成分、激素种类和浓度、琼脂、CO2及乙烯等因素对组培苗生长的影响问题进行了综述,着重探讨了光照强度和时间、培养温度等因素对组培苗生长的影响问题。
Plant tissue culture techniques have been used in many fields,and the researchers on effects of the techniques on plantlet growth are deepen and refined.In order to offer reference for extensive use of the techniques,the effects of medium component,kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators,agar,CO2 and ethylene were summarized.The emphasis is the effect of illumination intension and time,cultural temperature on tissue culture plantlet growth.
