依据甲醇精馏工艺运行状况,连通粗甲醇储槽,澄清原料粗甲醇,将精馏工艺进料(粗甲醇)中的大量杂质隔除,使得精馏进料由多元相系近似于二元、三元相系。在此基础上,对精馏工艺操作再作进一步改进和优化,保证产品质量。

According to the methanol distillation process operating conditions, use connection pipeline to transport crude methanol into the crude methanol storage tank for clarification, and use filter removing large amounts of impurities in it. So the distillation feed material multi-phase system is turned into similar binary or ternary phase system. Further improvement and optimization of the distillation process operation are carried out to ensure product quality.
