摘要
介绍耐硫变换工艺在HT-L粉煤气化装置中运用出现的设计缺陷,通过技术改造,大大缩短了变换装置的接气时间,延长了催化剂的使用寿命,并可避免变换炉垮温、超温。
Point out sulfur-tolerant shift process design flaw in HT-L gasification unit operation. After technology modification, greatly shorten the time of syngas into the CO shift unit, the catalyst life is extended, and avoid the temperature of CO shift tower lower or higher than the normal temperature.
