摘要
对于各类动力机器基础,应根据机器自身对振动的要求、机器基础和工房的安全和功能要求以及操作工人的劳保要求,考虑机器工作原理与性能上的不同而合理确定其容许振动值。其中,对于新旧机器扰力相差很大的旋转式机器基础,工程验收测试时应留有足够的余地;对于旋转往复式机器基础,根据其用途、功率和结构型式的不同,容许振动值的大小也不相同。隔振基础的容许振动值可取普通基础的2~3倍。
Based on the vibration requirements of machines, safety and function of machine foundation and workshop, and labor insurance of the workers, the allowable vibration values for dynamic foundations of different machines should be determined reasonably, according to the difference in working principle and performance of machines and whether to adopt isolation. It should have a large space for disturbing of the rotary machines foun- dations when acceptance test was made, difference exists between new machines and old machines. The allowa- ble vibration values will take different values in different use, power and structure form. The allowable vibration of foundation with isolation can be set by 2 - 3 times of the usual foundation.
