摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,合成了稳定的含氟EP(环氧树脂)改性丙烯酸酯乳液。利用正交试验法考察了复合乳化剂含量、引发剂含量、有机氟含量、EP含量、功能单体含量、交联剂含量和聚合温度等因素对单体转化率的影响,并结合胶膜吸水率和乳液黏度等指标,优选出制备该改性乳液的最优方案。结果表明:各因素对单体转化率的影响依次为聚合温度>有机氟含量>功能单体含量>EP含量>引发剂含量>复合乳化剂含量>交联剂含量,后两者是不显著性因素;制备该改性乳液的最优方案为w(复合乳化剂)=2.0%、w(引发剂)=0.65%、w(有机氟)=2%、w(EP)=4.5%、w(功能单体)=2.5%、w(交联剂)=2.5%和聚合温度70℃。
A steady acrylate emulsion modified by organic fluorine and EP(epoxy resin) was prepared by semi-continuous seed-emulsion polymerization. The influences of some factors (such as composite emulsifier content,initiator content,organic fluorine content,EP's content,functional monomer content,cross linker content and polymerization temperature) on monomer conversion rate were investigated by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal scheme of preparing modified emulsion was preferred by some indexes such as water absorption of film and viscosity of emulsion. The results showed that the influences of various factors on monomer conversion rate were polymerization temperature〉organic fluorine content〉functional monomer content〉EP's content〉initiator content〉 composite emulsifier content〉cross linker content ,and composite emulsifier content and cross linker content were inapparent factors. The optimal scheme of preparing modified emulsion was obtained when mass fractions of composite emulsifie,initiator,organic fluorine,EP,functional monomer and cross linker were 2.0% ,0.65% ,2%, 4.5%,2.5% and 2.5% respectively,and polymerization temperature was 70 ℃.
