摘要
为比较分离鳃在沉淀池中不同布置形式下的水沙分离效果,对敞开式分离鳃沉淀池进行了静水与动水的沉降试验。试验结果表明:分离鳃均匀悬挂在沉淀池中的布置形式,水沙分离效果要好于靠近溢流口布置和远离溢流口布置两种形式。敞开式均匀布置分离鳃沉淀池在静水沉降时出水浊度随时间变化包含浊度迅速减小与浊度缓慢减小两个阶段;在动水沉降时,水力负荷对浊度变化有很大的影响,水力负荷愈小,该沉淀池的出水浊度值愈小,而当水力负荷达到一定值时,则与普通沉淀池处理高浊度浑水的效果一样,故可以通过控制水力负荷,得到不同的出水浊度,实际应用中选择一个合适的水力负荷是确保出水质量的一个重要条件。
In order to compare the effect of water-sediment separation under different arrangements of a separation device in a sedimentation tank,settlement experiments were conducted in an separation device in open sedimentation tank under static and dynamic conditions.The results indicate that the water-sediment separation effect with the separation devices uniformly hanging in the sedimentation tank is better than those with the other two arrangement types(with separation devices next to the overflow port and away from the overflow port).When the separation devices are uniformly hung in the separation device in open sedimentation tank,the variation of turbidity with time can be divided into two stages: the stage when turbidity decreases quickly and the stage when turbidity decreases slowly.Under dynamic conditions,the hydraulic loading has a significant impact on the turbidity variation.The smaller the hydraulic loading is,the smaller the turbidity of the sedimentation tank.However,when the hydraulic loading reaches a certain value,the outflow turbidity can be predetermined by controlling the hydraulic loading,which is the same as in common sedimentation tanks.In practical applications,reasonable hydraulic loading is a significant factor in ensuring the good water quality of the outflow.
