盐酸西替利嗪联合穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果及对血清总IgE的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Combined with Catgut Embedding Therapy and Its Effect on the Sera Total IgE in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的观察盐酸西替利嗪联合穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果及对血清总IgE的影响。方法选择我院2009年6月—12月临床确诊的慢性荨麻疹79例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(41例)。对照组仅予盐酸西替利嗪口服,治疗组在口服盐酸西替利嗪基础上予穴位埋线,4周后评价疗效,并检测治疗前后血清总IgE水平。结果总有效率治疗组为71.05%,对照组为48.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清总IgE水平均有不同程度下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组下降更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸西替利嗪联合穴位埋线治疗慢性荨麻疹较单纯口服抗组胺药效果明显,且能明显降低患者血清总IgE水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with catgut embedding therapy and its effect on the sera total IgE in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 79 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into therapy group（38 patients） and control group（41 patients）.Patients in therapy group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride combined with catgut embedding therapy,while control group was treated with cetirizine only.The efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks after treatment and the levels of sera total IgE were detected before and after treatment respectively.Results The total efficiency rate in therapy group was 71.05% and that of control group was 48.78%（P0.05）.The levels of sera total IgE were decreased after treatment in the two groups（P0.05）,and there was a significant difference between therapy group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with catgut embedding is more effective for chronic urticaria than that with cetirizine hydrochloride only,and can obviously decrease the levels of sera total IgE.
