装载机液压臂活塞杆运动仿真分析

The movement stimulation analysis of one loader′s hydraulic arm piston rod

通过对我军某型装载机铲斗系统进行SolidWorks建模,并通过实验对液压臂活塞杆运行情况进行离散检测,然后将这些检测数据作为位移插值参数对装载机液压臂活塞杆进行运动仿真,得出了装载机液压臂活塞杆的位移、速度以及加速度仿真曲线,最后通过分析其仿真结果,掌握了装载机液压臂活塞杆的一般运动规律。

In this article,the loader bucket system of our military is modeled by SolidWorks,The movement of hydraulic arm piston rod is discretely detected,then the loader bucket system of our military is modeled with the test data as the displacement interpolation parameters,so the curve of displacement,speed,and accelerated simulation are all got,after analyzing the result,the general movement law of roader′s hydraulic arm piston rod is grasped.
