摘要
以JT-1晶体管图示仪为例,介绍此类普及型晶体管图示仪在进行负极性小电流测试时干扰过大的现象,同时通过对图示仪集电极扫描电源及极性转换部分进行电路分析并找到原因。从原理出发研究解决方案,提出制作改进电路及加入原机的方案。
In the article,based on the JT-1 transistor graphic instrument,the excessive phenomenon is introduced when the instrument is used for negative small current testing.Through the analysis of collector scanning current source and polarity conversion circuit in this instrument,the reasons is found according to the circuit principle and a solution is put forward to improve instrument performent.
