滚子齿式凸轮分度机构优化设计的三维建模

摘要 论述了滚子齿式凸轮分度机构的工作原理及设计计算过程,要使几何特性和机构性能都处于良好的状态,必须进行机构设计参数的优化,并且使制造成本降到最低,将滚子圆柱面、凸轮与滚子的共轭接触和工作廓面作为目标函数,建立优化数学模型,并用C++语言编制程序生成曲面坐标点,用UG软件对滚子齿式凸轮进行三维建模,为滚子齿式凸轮分度机构的优化设计提供了便捷的手段,从而提高了设计质量和效率。 In this paper the working principle of globoidal indexing cam mechanisms and the design calculations are discussed and,in order to make geometric characteristics and institutional properties being in good condition and the manufacturing costs is minimum,the optimization of the mechanical design parameters must be carried out.So the roller cylindrical surface cam with roller sub of total conjugated contacts and work profile surface as the objective function,the optimization mathematical model is established,and generated curved coordinate points with C++ language preparation program,carried out three-dimensional modeling is built by UG software for roller gear cam,a convenient means is provided roll optimize the design of the sub-tooth-cam indexing mechanism and improve design quality and efficiency.
