摘要
利用三维造型软件UG建立轮式装载机工作装置的六连杆机构,通过多体动力学分析软件ADAMS实现虚拟仿真,通过仿真分析的结果对工作装置机构参数修改以及铰接点位置的重新设定,得出符合设计优化要求的机构参数和铰接点位置,以及油缸运动控制参数。为装载机工作装置的试制提供参考数据。
The establishment of six-bar mechanism of the wheel loader working device is modeled by 3D modeling software UG,the simulation analysis of working device is used multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS.By using the results of the simulation analysis,the parameters of the working device is modified and the location of the hinge point are reset,the mechanism parameters and hinge point location are got which can meet the design optimization requirements,and the fuel tank of the motion control parameters,which can provide a reference for the loader working device trial.
